CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A $50 or $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reserving any party date. Your deposit will be deducted from your party package at time of checkout. We accept Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Sorry, no personal checks.

 

Cancellation:

 

If you need to change the party package or date, we allow changes up to seven days before the day of your party. Please call to verify.

 

If you are moving your party time or date within seven days of your party, your original deposit will transfer to your new reserved time or date.

 

If you cancel or reschedule your party after the eight day period, you may use your deposit towards open play admission. Please note your party must be rescheduled within six months of the original party date. 

 

Party cancellations or rescheduling are not accepted by voice mail or e-mail. Please call 513.521.3111 to confirm your cancellation. Any future booking will require a new non-refundable deposit.

 

Please remember no outside food or drinks are allowed in the facility without a scheduled party.
